Secured Data Access System (SDAS) transforms Microsoft Outlook into a powerful data communicator. SDAS allows users to send and receive secure structured data directly to and from desktops using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and standard e-mail.

For the end-user, Secured Data Access System decrypts the e-mail, unpacks the data and files the information directly into specific folders on the desktop, automatically self-cleaning and updating old records. Each end-user can customize their view within Outlook. With the drag of a mouse data in Outlook can be dynamically linked to spreadsheets or other desktop applications, which are then automatically updated as new e-mails arrive.

Receiving SDAS Messages

Messages from SDAS users are automatically removed from your Inbox as they arrive and filed into the correct Folder. Traditional e-mail headers (such as "From", "Subject", "Received") are replaced in the Folder by the data fields specified within the mail (e.g. "Issue", "Due Date", "Priority", "Department") -- but still managed within the familiar interface of Outlook.

You enjoy all the benefits of working with Outlook, but have your messages filed, updated and presented in a rich, personally customized view, and can sort and order with a click of the mouse.

Sending SDAS Messages

As a SDAS sender you can now communicate much more efficiently, direct to the desktop of your client or colleague. Your data is sent as a standard single e-mail, with no attachments, which flies through firewalls, unpacks on arrival and files itself in a specified folder with a rich, database-style view. Your contacts can create live links to spreadsheets or presentations; so your data becomes embedded deep into their work environment. You remain in control of message rules such as expiry times and whether or not to supersede old data.
